6 Ways to get the most out of my blog and help struggling students

Hey, what’s going on? It’s me, Seth. Glad you’re here.

Today I’m going to give you six ways to get the most out of my blog.

I pour my heart and soul into this blog. I’ve tried to create something that helps families who are working with students by providing solutions for outside-the-box kids.

I’m giving you outside-the-box solutions—not cookie-cutter solutions. My goal is to offer ideas that will truly make a difference for you.

I put a lot of energy into this, and my website is filled with resources to help you.

So, how do you find those resources?

Here’s how.

1. Use the search bar.

On almost every page of my website, you’ll find a box labeled “Search this website.”

Click inside it and type in whatever you’re looking for:

• ADHD

• Dyslexia

• Organization

• Time management

• Homework

• Tests

…or any other topic.

When you click Search, it will look through my entire website and show you everything I’ve written or recorded on that subject.

It’s a very powerful tool for finding exactly what you need.

2. Browse by categories.

Right below the search box, you’ll see Categories (or Topics).

Click the drop-down menu, and you’ll find 10 to 15 broad categories that organize all of my content.

Every article I write is assigned to one or more categories so you can easily find related information.

For example, if you’re looking for resources about organization, selecting that category will bring up every article I’ve written on organization.

3. Explore the archives.

Below the categories, you’ll find the Archives section.

Some people like to browse month by month.

The archives include everything from when I first started my blog all the way up to today.

You can explore my work chronologically and see how the content has evolved over time.

4. Visit my YouTube channel.

On my Resources page, you’ll find a link to my YouTube channel.

Click it, and it will take you directly there.

I’ve spent a lot of time creating videos that provide real strategies based on what I actually do with students.

I don’t hold anything back.

I share everything I can to help students succeed.

You’ll also notice that I’ve organized the videos as logically as possible so they’re easier to navigate.

If you click the red Subscribe button, You’ll be notified whenever I upload a new video.

Subscribing also helps my YouTube channel grow, which means more struggling families and students can find these resources.

5. Contact me.

Click the Contact page and send me an email.

I love hearing from my readers.

Tell me what’s going on.

I’ll either respond directly with some quick ideas about how you might handle your situation, or I may create a future blog post or video answering your question in more depth.

6. Join my newsletter.

If you click Subscribe or Join on my website, you’ll receive my weekly email every Sunday.

Each week, I send out my newest blog post or video, along with a link so you can check it out if it’s relevant to you.

Joining also supports my work by helping me build my readership.
