Hey parents and teachers,

I hope you are healthy, safe, and able to find some peace of mind as we move through this very challenging time.

I created the page you’re on right now specifically for parents and teachers — for adults, not kids.

The reason for that is because I may be covering some heavier or deeper topics on the parent and teacher pages, and depending on the age of your child, you may or may not want them exposed to those conversations.

I also created a separate student page specifically to help students.

That way, you can feel comfortable going to the student page, reviewing the topics and videos yourself, and deciding exactly which ones you want to share with your child.

I created these pages as a hub to help you support your child — or, if you’re a teacher, therapist, or other professional working with kids, to help you support the students you work with during this difficult time.

This is an incredibly challenging period, and we’re already seeing a lot of issues emerge:

* Kids wanting to socialize and see friends
* Difficulty understanding the seriousness of social distancing
* Confusion about how viruses spread
* Schedules being completely disrupted
* Families worrying that everything may turn into a free-for-all

And many more.

Over the coming weeks — or however long this situation lasts — I’ll continue addressing as many of these challenges as possible.

Please make use of the site:

* If you’re a parent, check out both the Parent Hub and the Student Hub.
* If you’re a teacher, check out both the Teacher Hub and the Student Hub.

Really, anyone can explore any section.

In fact, it’s valuable for teachers to see what I’m telling parents, and for parents to see what I’m telling teachers.

Feel free to explore whatever may help you most.

I’ve also added titles to each video so you can quickly figure out what each one covers and whether it may be useful for your situation.

I’m creating content around the biggest struggles I’m seeing through my blog, emails, and conversations with families.

I truly hope you and your family are healthy, safe, and able to maintain some peace of mind during this time.

And if you’d like to support my work, I’ve included different ways you can do that below.

Please don’t feel any pressure — there are absolutely no strings attached. These resources are for everyone.

But if you do want to support me, I deeply appreciate it.

Most importantly, please share these resources with as many people as possible so more families can find support and solutions for what they’re going through.

Be well. See you soon.
