Hi from Seth,

If you’re reading this, you probably know about me already, and that I do things differently. So here are some important details about my certification program to see if it might be a fit.

  1. Who it’s for? People who want to learn my methods: teachers, professionals, therapists, homeschool parents, tutors, etc..
  2. The first goal of this program is to empower you to have a strong foundation in how to help kids who struggle with Executive Function, to teach you exactly how and why I coach the way I do.
  3. The second goal is to teach you about my unconventional business approaches, so you understand how to apply what works for you, in a way that is ethical, and that never requires inauthentic, manipulative, or pushy sales.
  4. This program isn’t cheap, easy or quick. It requires deep work and is demanding.
  5. I was one of the first Executive Function coaches, starting in 2010, before people knew it existed. I have extensive experience in this area because it’s my passion and my life’s work. Many of the popular programs and coaches today use my methods. I know what works.
  6. My program requires serious commitment and connection with others (you’ll have a micro group who you will be accountable to). You must be someone who knows how to show up.
  7. This program is not for everyone. It’s for compassionate people who want to learn my methods.
  8. This is not a typical coaching course. I do not care what other programs are like, I care that you learn what you want to learn.
  9. I am extremely cautious about who I put my name behind, so the application is thorough.
  10. I have had hundreds requests for an EF certification program. Unfortunately, I don’t have the bandwidth to run this every year. You can join the private waitlist, where you’ll get any updates, and be notified first when I open enrollment.
