Hi from Seth,
For those of you who have been following me for a while, I’m thrilled to share some big news with you…
As you probably know, my mission is to help as many kids and families as possible to get real results, and over the past 20+ years I’ve done everything I can to serve you. I’m always trying to do more, and I always have a bunch of irons in the fire.
But I’ve had a growing problem over the years – I get more inquiries from an ever increasing number of people seeking specialized help, then I do everything I can, and I get spread way too thin. I can’t be everything to everyone and going at this clip isn’t sustainable for me.
So I ask myself “how can I make the best impact possible during this lifetime, while not burning myself out?” In other words, how can I best help YOU, YOUR FAMILY, and YOUR UNIQUE CHILD get results, YOUR WAY, while still having bandwidth to help others powerfully?!
So after pondering this for years, I’m starting a membership community in January, 2024 because I believe this is the best way to accomplish this. And I believe it’s pretty darn good, but I’m scared (which happens whenever I do new things in my life’s work, so it’s probably a good sign!)
And I love community. Getting to know my families over the years, and seeing growth and change, is the most rewarding thing for me, because there is real care and connection.
So how do I create this community so it makes the most impact for the most people? I think I know, but I’m not sure, so I need to ask what you need (thus this survey), then start the community (Jan 1), then keep asking you how to improve how it helps you! I hope you can be a part of creating this with me!
So if you might want to be a part of this, here’s what I can promise…
- I’M COMMITTED TO YOU: I go above and beyond for the people I work with, and I am doing so in creating this for you.
- DIGESTIBLE: I designed this to NOT be overwhelming, while still being robust. I intentionally created the membership to be EASY for you to find what you are looking for when you need it. I am carefully creating searchable libraries of solutions to your most pressing problems.
- IMPLEMENTABLE: I’ve exhaustively designed it so that busy people who are on-the-go can easily IMPLEMENT solutions.
- YOU’LL GET RESULTS: If you take it seriously, and you’re someone who WANTS to do the hard work of helping your child, who want support from me, and who wants a strong community of like-minded parents, then you will feel that this is so valuable that it’s a “heck yes!”
- A SPECIAL COMMUNITY: Be part of a top-notch community of parents (and some educators/professionals). You’ll be a part of something “special,” because my groups are consistently filled with wonderful, highly involved, proactive, compassionate people who help each other generously.
- NO BS: There will be no trolls, mean people, or people who take away from the community. This is NOT a toxic FB group, it’s a private, safe group, that is hosted on the absolute best software I could find (I did my due diligence and it’s awesome.) I will absolutely remove anyone who detracts from the mission (actually, they will hopefully never be there in the first place because I use an application to vet to make sure only like-minded people are joining.)
- ACCESS TO ME: People want more access to me personally, for more guidance to support their unique child with Executive Function challenges.
- HELP IN URGENT TIMES: Fast responses when you have urgent issues because of responsible, sane and conscientious involvement by involved parents who are like-minded, and who completely understand the intentions of the group because they are on the same page.
- YOUR NEEDS: I am making this for YOU and with you, so I am constantly listening to what YOU want.
- EVENTS: I can now run events and programs for people who are already a part of my community, and who know how I work, so they are MORE helpful to people.
