Hey there, parents, teachers, therapists, and any adult who’s interested in learning how to support students who struggle with this thing called executive function.

It doesn’t matter the age—kindergarten through college. Students who struggle with attention, focus, concentration, prioritizing, decision-making, organization, planning, time management, and emotional regulation are all dealing with executive function challenges.

Executive function is how the prefrontal cortex—the front part of our brain—develops and helps us execute important tasks.

Some of you may be thinking, “Well, Seth, my child doesn’t have trouble executing when it comes to fun.”

When it comes to video games, hanging out with friends, hobbies, and preferred activities—they can do those just fine.

But when it comes to responsibilities—chores, self-care, school, learning, and focusing on things they *have* to do—they struggle.

These are the skills they need to build a future where they have choices, opportunities, strong relationships, a good career, and an overall good quality of life.

If that sounds familiar, this summit is for you.

The reason I created this summit is, first of all, because I don’t like seeing kids struggle and suffer.

But second—and just as important—is that the vast majority of parents and teachers have never even heard of executive function.

If this is your first time hearing about it—welcome.

If you’ve been here before—this is year five of TEFOS, and I’m so glad you’re back.

What I wanted to do with this summit was bring executive function into the everyday conversation—to make it part of the vernacular.

Because when something this important isn’t widely understood, kids suffer unnecessarily.

That’s not okay.

And systems don’t change unless we actively work to change them.

So I created this summit to not just introduce the concept, but to do it in a meaningful way.

I want you to walk away with real tools and strategies—so you actually know what to do to support your child.

You’re going to learn from incredible experts in the field.

I specifically choose experts who come from the heart—people who genuinely care about kids and families.

And I push them on two things:

First, teach us the knowledge—concepts, models, and insights that parents need to understand.

Second, teach us action—what can we actually do?

Because knowledge alone isn’t enough. I don’t care about theory unless it helps you take action.

We’ve been doing this for five years now, and I truly hope we’re making a difference.

The summit is free. You can attend the entire event at no cost.

There is also an all-access pass if you want recordings and bonus materials, but the core summit is completely free.

Here’s how it works:

There are three main days, each with a different set of speakers. Then there are bonus days, where you can access additional content for a limited time.

So take the time. Invest in yourself and your family. Learn as much as you can.

To join, just go to executivefunctionsummit.com and enter your email.

If you know other parents, teachers, therapists, or anyone trying to support struggling kids—please share the link with them.

This is for anyone who feels like they’re trying to help, but don’t quite know how.

Again, my name is Seth Perler.

I wear a lot of hats in the executive function, ADHD, neurodiversity, and 2e worlds. I speak, write, create videos, host podcasts—I do a lot.

But at the core of everything I do is this:

My heart and my life are dedicated to helping kids who struggle—because that was me.

We created this for you.

These experts are amazing, and I really hope you join us, learn something meaningful, and walk away with tools that truly help your child.

I want to wish you peace of mind, joy, and most importantly, connection with the people in your life—especially the kids you care about.

Have a fantastic day.

Go ahead and sign up now.

Take care.
