FALL '26

Are you done watching your child struggle every year?

Enrollment closes Sept 3 >
– 20 Spots
– We begin September 5

Let’s help struggling students make life easier. The Fall 2026 Momentum Program is a group EF Coaching series, where I help students build the systems and skills to manage school more independently, and build Momentum to keep it going. I’ve been doing this a long time – I know what works, and how to teach it. Here’s how this program helps:

✅ Grades and attitude about school improve
✅ Less overwhelm, more responsible
✅ Manage time better, more organized
✅ Better tools to get unstuck

Schedule

NOTE: On Aug 30, Families who register get a guide with details about every aspect of the schedule and program.

🟢 WEEKEND 1: Get Organized
– Students will understand the exact organizational systems needed, in clear and simple terms, and will start building them out, or improving the systems they have. This includes physical systems, such as backpacks, study space, papers, as well as digital systems, such as portals, email and monitoring grades.
Sprint #1: Get Organized Part 1/2
⏰ Saturday, September 5, 5:00PM PT, 8:00PM ET, 60–90 min
Sprint #2: Get Organized Part 2/2
⏰ Sunday, September 6, 5:00PM PT, 8:00PM ET, 60–90 min
End with Parent Q&A

🟢 WEEKEND 2: Build the core 3 Planning and Time Management Systems
– Students will build out, know how to use, and know how to maintain the 3 foundational Time Management systems I teach.
Sprint #3: Time Management Part 1/2
⏰ Saturday, September 19, 5:00PM PT, 8:00PM ET, 60–90 min
Sprint #4: Time Management Part 2/2
⏰ Sunday, September 20, 5:00PM PT, 8:00PM ET, 60–90 min
End with Parent Q&A

🟢 WEEKEND 3: Build The Foundational Maintenance Routine
– Students will have a very concrete, and realistic, method for maintaining the 10 systems they need to maintain so things stop falling apart.
Sprint #5: Maintainence Part 1/2
⏰ Saturday, October 3, 5:00PM PT, 8:00PM ET, 60–90 min
Sprint #6: Maintainence Part 2/2
⏰ Sunday, October 4, 5:00PM PT, 8:00PM ET, 60–90 min
End with Parent Q&A

🟢 WEEKEND 4: Maintain, Mini DIP Overhaul, Touch Up
– Now that they know HOW to maintain, we’ll have a quicker sprint to put it into action again, so we can make sure they know how it works.
Sprint #7: Mini DIP
⏰ Sunday, October 11, 5:00PM PT, 8:00PM ET, 45 min
End with Parent Q&A

🟢 WEEKEND 5: Maintain, Big DIP Overhaul
– By this time, things will be getting harder to maintain, so we’re going to have a BIG action sprint to maintain – we’ll do a big overhaul to get students ready for rest of the semester.
Sprint #8: BIG DIP
⏰ Sunday, October 25, 5:00PM PT, 8:00PM ET, 60–90 min
End with Parent Q&A

🟢 WEEKEND 6: Hail Mary Plan
– Finally, at “Hail Mary time”, we’ll go over the 4 pitfalls that often completely derail students at the very end of a semester, so things don’t fall apart at the last minute. We’ll make an actual plan for how to handle this overwhelming final stretch.
Sprint #9: Hail Mary
⏰ Sunday, November 8, 5:00PM PT, 8:00PM ET, 60–90 min
End with Parent Q&A

Accountability

During sessions, students learn what to do, and why it matters. Then we take action together, with accountability.

Group Program

The group dynamic creates more accountability, and kids feel like they’re not the only one with these cahllenges.

Parents join

Each session begins with parents & students together. After students finish, parents stay on for Q&A to make sure you know how to implement what we’re learning.

⁉️ Is my child ready?

Will your child buy into this program, or will they be completely resistant? If your child has some buy-in and ownership, this might be a great fit. They need to have enough buy-in to make a commitment to show up to each session, and try (it’s ok if you miss one if you get caught up with the replay). No perfection needed, but showing up on time, prepared, with you, and without distractions, is essential. If you’re the one with the buy-in, and you have to “convince” your child to show up, please do not join this program. It will not work.

To be clear, it is your responsibility to ensure that your child and you show up on time, prepared to be present, so you can get results.

🧠 Students with Executive Function challenges have the same core problems:

They don’t have systems that work, so they can’t stay organized or manage their time independently.

They tend to become overwhelmed, get behind in classes, procrastinate and get stuck, and don’t know how to turn things around… and they often say to parents, “leave me alone, I’ve got this, I can handle it, just trust me, I promise…” even though things continue to fall apart.

Fall ’26 is a series of in-depth sessions with Seth that address these problems in ways that AI slop just can’t.

⚡️ How Sprints Work:

  1. Parents are expected to show up to Sprints with your child (you can be in different rooms/locations).
  2. At the beginning of each Sprint, I teach the students about the actions we’re going to take on that day, so they have more buy-in, I teach about the brain, about the way students resist what we’re about to do, how to overcome the resistance, about the benefits.
  3. Then I teach them everything they need to know in order to build the system, and give them a crystal clear checklist.
  4. Then we start building together! And one of the best parts, it’s me telling them, not you.
  5. Then I outline step-by-step what to do after the Sprint.

😬 What if we miss a Sprint? Missing 1 or 2 for a good reason is ok if you’re willing and able to block out time to do the Sprint Replay with your child.

⏰ Can we schedule extra time with Seth 1:1? For those who want personalized coaching with me beyond the program, you can purchase 1:1 sessions if I have times available. Just email my team and ask for the payment and schedule links, and as long as times are available, they’ll get you going. My schedule this fall will be available by mid September.

The question isn’t, “How do we ‘motivate’ my child?”

The real question is, “How do we empower students to build the skills necessary to do the important things in life, even if they’re resistant and don’t feel motivated?” The answer:

  1. With a commitment to showing up on time and prepared for sessions
  2. With the right systems and skills
  3. With accountability, taking action together so it gets done

Watch Video

My goal isn’t just to help your child build the EF skills they need to succeed. It’s also to help them feel great about themselves – so my approach places a heavy emphasis on making your child feel seen, heard, noticed, accepted, and understood.

WATCH: Parents, please see video below first, then show it to your child when ready.

More About Momentum

Who is it for? Middle & High Schoolers, grades 6-12, and their parents.

Parents want to know, “How do I get my kid to actually build the foundational systems they need to be a successful student, independently, so I’m not their EF anymore? And what if they don’t think they need help?”

The answer: Accountability and Implementation.

  1. We’ll learn about why students often have systems that don’t work (even though they may think it’s “fine”), the specific systems students actually need, and why they matter.
  2. We will implement and adapt those systems to your kids’ unique brain and learning styles.
  3. We will do it together, with accountability needed to get it done right, finally.

What are Sprints?

This semester I will lead your child and you through a series of in-depth “Sprints”, or bootcamps, where we take action together

We meet on zoom to implement the ideas I teach in my UGYG course which is included with this fall program.

There are 6 weekends where we meet, which are planned at strategic times throughout the semester, so kids can be successful. (see schedule below)

My job is to increase buy-in by making it matter to the kids, making it fun, engaging, and easy enough to make real progress.

Your kid’s job (and your job) is to show up and really try.

Each Sprint is followed by Parent Q&A, so you can be sure you understand what to do after the meeting to help your child solidify systems.

This program isn’t right for everyone. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Age  Middle School, High School. The age mix works incredibly well.
  • About The Students This is an eclectic group of accepting kids and parents. They are neurodivergent, quirky, and diverse in every way. All kids are 100% welcome here.
  • Commitment: Students must want to be a part of the program, and must show up.
  • Zoom: Kids must be willing and able to be on camera for important parts of the sessions. I cannot run a group with empty rectangles on a screen. This is about real humans, so you need good internet and a device with working audio and video.

What Fall ’26 is not:

I can’t make your child do anything, and I don’t micromanage to “make sure they get all their work done”.

This semester will not be perfect. But when you trust the process, show up, and try to apply what you’re learning, you will see good results. Fortunately, imperfect action is what really matters – it’s the persistent effort that gets results. Baby steps are everything here.

  1. Read this page to make sure it’s a good fit.
  2. Make payment. One-time payment  = $1497. Or 3 Payments = $519 x 3.
  3. You’ll get access to the UGYG Online Course, and can start the lessons at your own pace. During Fall ’26, we’ll focus on how to actually implement the UGYG strategies.
  4. I email participants with the details you need throughout the program.

Who is Seth

I am Seth Perler, former teacher turned Executive Function Expert Nerd.

I help misunderstood kids learn how awesome they are,  while creating breakthroughs to help change their trajectory … for good.

I also teach parents and educators how to use my non-traditional, yet practical approach to helping kids boost their Executive Function.

Since 2010 I have helped thousands of people learn what works.

Parent Win

One big benefit for parents is that you’re not the one trying to convince your child about what they “should” be doing. Instead, I’m the one guiding them, in a setting that works.
