Hey, what’s up?

This is Seth from SethPerler.com.

I received an email from you, and I’m responding with this video.

These days, I receive hundreds of emails and far more requests for coaching than I can realistically handle. Families reach out from all over, and for a long time, it was frustrating because I wanted to help everyone but simply didn’t have the capacity.

So I decided to create this video as a way to respond to everyone and explain how I can still be helpful, even if I’m not able to coach your child personally at this time.

First of all, if you’ve contacted me about coaching, you’re on a waitlist. Each semester, when openings become available, I work my way through that list. Whenever I have room for new students, I take on a new group of kids.

Secondly, I have an online course that is in-depth, practical, and comprehensive. It’s a bit quirky, but it’s also very robust. In the course, I work with both parents and students. There are PDFs, step-by-step guidance, and detailed explanations of how I help a student make meaningful changes over the course of a semester.

Another resource is my blog.

If you subscribe by entering your email address on the homepage—or on virtually any page of the site—it’s completely free. Every Sunday, I’ll send you an update with my newest blog post and information about any new content I’ve released.

It’s an easy way to stay informed and access the latest resources.

I also have a resource page on my website.

My assistant and I spent a tremendous amount of time organizing that page. We went through the blog extensively and gathered resources into one place so you don’t have to search through years of posts to find what you’re looking for.

On the resource page, you’ll find several helpful sections.

One section contains downloadable PDFs. If you prefer reading articles in a printable format, you can access those there.

You’ll also find my articles on twice-exceptional (2e) students and executive function. These are two of my most popular and comprehensive resources. They provide both a big-picture understanding and detailed practical strategies to help parents and teachers better support children.

There’s also a section specifically for students.

These are videos where I’m speaking directly to kids and teens. Many of the students I work with are resistant to this type of content, especially middle school and high school students. Surprisingly, many of them actually enjoy these videos.

That’s exactly why I created them.

You can review the videos yourself and share the ones you think might resonate with your child.

I also have podcast interviews and mini-podcasts where I’ve been a guest. If you prefer listening rather than reading, you can download those and hear me discuss many of the same concepts and strategies I use when working with students.

In addition, I have a YouTube channel where you can subscribe, leave comments, and watch hundreds of videos related to executive function, school success, motivation, organization, and helping struggling students.

I truly hope these resources are helpful.

I apologize that I can’t personally respond to everyone. Honestly, answering every email would be a full-time job by itself.

But I wanted to create something a little more personal than a simple automated reply—something that could point you in the right direction and provide meaningful support.

If you’d like to support my work, I’d greatly appreciate it if you shared my blog with others. You can share it on Facebook, Pinterest, or any social platform you use.

You can also copy and paste the website address and send it directly to people you think might find it helpful.

Subscribing to the blog, commenting on videos, sharing content, and engaging with the YouTube channel all help support the work I do and allow more families to find these resources.

I sincerely appreciate it.

Other than that, I hope you have a wonderful day.

And sorry—that’s my phone going off.

Take care, and I’ll see you soon.
